Welcome to our Fall/Winter 2021/22 dryland training with the Richmond Hill Canoe Club! For each group, training begins the first week of November and will continue through to the end of March. We will take a break for the holidays in December (Dec. 23 - Jan. 2) and in March (March 12 - 20) due to spring training camps and March break.
All gym/weights sessions will be held at Rolling Hills Golf Club located at: 12808 Warden Ave., Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 7X5
COVID continues to have an impact on how we train. Please be sure to observe the following protocol before each session:
- Participants born in 2009 or earlier will need to be fully vaccinated in order to enter the Rolling Hills training facilities and the Oak Ridges community centre where we will be swimming. Vaccination status will be verified prior to attending training.
- Stay home if you or anyone you have been in close contact with has COVID
- If you have any COVID symptoms, stay home until you are confirmed 'negative'
- Wear a mask at all times
- Sign in and out of each training session
